Chief Investment Officer- Core/Value, Senior Portfolio Manager, Principal Thomas J. DiBella is chief investment officer of core/value equities at Turner Investment Partners. In addition to this role, Mr. DiBella is lead portfolio manager of the Turner Small Cap Equity Fund as well as Turner’s Small Cap Core Equity and Small Cap Value Equity portfolios for Turner’s separate accounts. He has worked at Turner since 2002 and has twenty-six years of investment experience. Prior to joining Turner Investment Partners, Mr. DiBella served as a portfolio manager at Aeltus Investment Management leading the Aeltus Small Cap Select Equity Strategy as well as the Aetna Small Company Fund. Mr. DiBella received both his BS in accounting and MBA in finance from the University of Connecticut. He is also a member of the CFA Institute. Turner Investment Partners is an employee-owned investment-management firm based in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. As of September 30, 2008, the firm managed approximately $22.2 billion in domestic equity investments for institutions and high net worth individuals.
