Probably not, in our judgment.

Will growth investing continue to outperform value? And will the U.S. stock market be the best performer in 2008?

In our view, most likely.

And will we at Turner stick to our growth, core/value, and quantitative investment disciplines?

Absolutely.

Anything is possible with the economy and the capital markets, but with appropriate equivocation, that in a nutshell is our assessment of the prospects of the economy and stocks.

130/30 investing requires applying certain principles to maximize its unique opportunities, Turner Investment Partners position paper says (11.02.07)

130/30 portfolios, which employ leverage in an effort to capitalize on stocks perceived to have both good and poor return potential, have been dismissed as a fad by some skeptics. Welcome to Turner's new website!

You're seeing a new and, we think, improved version of the Turner website. There are a lot of changes here, large and small, but we redesigned with one principle in mind: Create a site that allows for information to be targeted to each of the many types of Turner constituents. Along the way we've emphasized the information you've told us is most important to you, such as investment and economic commentary, performance data and portfolio information. Most important of all, the new site is built in so that's it's much easier for us to update it. That should help us make content fresher and more plentiful. Let us know what you think, and whether there's anything else you'd like to see. And thank you for visiting www.turnerinvestments.com!
